I experienced a very easy screening that felt more like a sales/coaching step than a genuine technical assessment, early in the timeline.

Consulting/placement-focused interview — They mainly wanted to convince me to be placed on a client project, and during the interview I felt expected to say what they guided me to say.
Purpose of the process — The impression I got was that the goal was to meet contract/placement quotas with the client they were working for. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the process felt quota-driven rather than role-driven.
