My experience interviewing for a Software Engineer role at primeit was very straightforward and felt more like placement than selection, with the company holding me in their pipeline before introducing me to a client.

Portfolio / “on the bench” step — I understood that primeit didn’t immediately hire; instead, they kept people in their internal “carteira.”
Client matching — the next step was being taken to a client, and if the client liked me, I would then be recruited. Outcome: No offer was mentioned, and the takeaway was that the process hinged on client approval after being pre-vetted and stored in their pipeline.
