I interviewed for the Software Engineer role and found it extremely light on technical evaluation, with a single HR conversation and a quick wrap-up.

HR-only screening — I had a simple conversation with HR; it felt like there was essentially no technical component.
No English / minimal testing — I wasn’t tested on English even though it was relevant to the role.
Offer prep context — I was told this was the only interview conducted before the proposal presentation. Outcome: No offer; overall it felt like a low-signal process focused more on HR logistics than assessment.
