I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Prime IT with an average difficulty, but the experience soured when they asked for extra paperwork and then went silent.

Online first interview — I had a good first call, and we discussed my fit.
Requested additional documents — Afterward, they asked for two extensive documents about my university projects even though it was already in my CV.
No follow-through — I didn’t feel they handled it professionally, and I stayed in their database without further contact. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway is that the process felt inefficient and lacked follow-through.
