I had an easy process with two conversations, but I ultimately felt ignored after being told I fit well.

HR interview — They suggested I was a strong match and implied I’d receive feedback regardless of the outcome.
Second interview (project allocation/role distribution) — Another person discussed distributing people across projects.
Aftercare/follow-up — I reached out by email because I was still interested, but I received no response; they also didn’t call back. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the communication after the interviews was unreliable.
