I interviewed for Software Engineer with an easy two-part flow: a quick HR exchange, a short Java-focused question round, and then a client proposal discussion.

RH screen — I started with a quick HR conversation plus a list of Java-related questions with a 20-minute limit.
Tech follow-up + proposal — In the second interview, they asked what technologies I used during my course, then they presented a proposal for a client. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the steps were light and structured, ending in a client-matching proposal rather than deep technical evaluation.
