I interviewed for Software Engineer through an initially agreed remote call that repeatedly disrupted the setup, making it feel easy but frustrating.

LinkedIn outreach — I received a LinkedIn message requesting an interview and accepted; it was scheduled.
Reschedule due to delay — On the day, the interview was postponed.
Phone-only due to webcam issue — The next day it had to be done by phone because the recruiter’s camera didn’t work during mandatory telework. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that logistics hurt the experience even though the difficulty wasn’t the core issue.
