I interviewed for Software Engineer with an average-difficulty, multi-step flow that stayed mostly conversational until later stages.

HR screen — I had a good, clear HR interview where they explained expectations, salary, career plan, and the overall process.
Technical round — I moved to a second stage described as technical, though the reported details focused more on the existence of the stage than specific questions.
Final steps / proposal prep — I reached final preparatory steps before the proposal discussion. Outcome: No offer; I liked the clarity and organization, but ultimately didn’t progress to an accepted final result.
