I felt pushed through early screening steps and then fully ghosted, despite being told I’d advance.

Recruiter screen — They called and asked quick questions; if they liked my profile, they said I would move to the next stage.
Admin step — They asked me to resend my CV, but in their template.
After “passing” — I expected another interview, but I never received scheduling or even generic feedback.
Outcome — No offer and no responsiveness. Outcome: No offer—being “approved” didn’t lead anywhere, and the lack of follow-up was the main issue.
