Primeit Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

PortugalPosted Aug 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My primeit Software Engineer experience was marked as very easy but also felt harsh and transactional, with the company positioned as a body-shopping setup rather than a traditional hiring process.

Placement-style engagement — the process was described as urgently competitive in feel (“running” toward the job), and as primarily focused on generating billable work.
Ongoing dynamic — I perceived that the main driver was compensation tied to volume, with limited care beyond the amount I could make. Outcome: No offer was mentioned, and the takeaway was that the process felt like staff allocation first, not candidate development or engineering rigor.
