Primeit Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Medium

Negative

PortugalPosted Oct 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer and left with a distinctly negative experience—low challenge, but also poor communication and an unsatisfying salary discussion.

HR conversation (poor experience) — The interviewer’s demeanor felt weak from the start, with an aim to “get through” the script quickly.
Misalignment on profile — The proposal they brought felt unrelated to my background.
Salary mismatch — The salary offer was described as very weak. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the process didn’t connect the role, my profile, and compensation in a meaningful way.
