GenevaPosted Aug 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a hopeful early hiring path that later stalled for months, leaving me with no feedback and no follow-through.

LinkedIn outreach + call — I was contacted on LinkedIn, then had a phone conversation.
Client presentation meeting + shortlist — Soon after, I met in person in Geneva to review contract terms, and I was told I was shortlisted.
Contract commitment but no start date — I agreed to conditions, took the paperwork home, and waited for an official final contract and start date.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that I ultimately experienced a long, silent delay and poor communication after agreeing to the terms.
