I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Prime IT after reaching out from LinkedIn, and the experience felt easy, cordial, and focused on explaining my experience.

Recruiter outreach via LinkedIn — I was contacted and invited to a video call.
Recruiter video call — The recruiter explained the project and asked about my prior experience, including my technical skills and what I had done in previous companies.
Tone/rapport — The interaction was described as very respectful and correct. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway is that the recruiter stage was smooth even though it didn’t convert.
