Primeit Software Engineer interview experience

• In-person stages — I had to attend twice: one visit for a simple first interview and another to discuss the offer details. Despite being told there would be evaluation, they reportedly did not even read my CV.
• Onboarding materials mentioned early — They talked about providing equipment such as a phone and computer and included health insurance.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that logistics and respect for candidates were major red flags for me.
