I went through an easy-to-very-light screening where I ultimately failed due to seniority expectations after a quick back-and-forth.

Technical interview — I passed an initial technical interview.
Clarifications + practice discussion — In the next phase they asked if I had doubts, and I challenged a few practices; after they explained their view, I agreed it was wrong on my side.
Decision — I wasn’t selected, and the reason given was that I wasn’t senior enough. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that seniority signaling mattered more than how quickly I corrected misunderstandings.
