I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Prime IT and the process felt average but unprofessional because it ended with no response after a paid-looking effort.

HR interview — I first met HR.
Test assignment — I received three programming tasks with two hours to complete.
CV recreation task — After finishing, I was asked to create a CV in their internal format, taking about two more hours.
No follow-up — I submitted the updated CV and then never heard back. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway is that investing multiple hours without closure felt disrespectful.
