Primeit Software Engineer interview experience

I had a rough, disorganized experience interviewing for a Software Engineer role at primeit, with little technical substance and poor coordination over a couple of weeks.

Initial outreach / recruiter calls — I got contacted by multiple recruiters who had little or no technical expertise, discussing project prospects they didn’t seem to understand.
Ongoing coordination — in a short period I kept receiving calls from different people, with weak communication throughout. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the main takeaway was that the process felt globally messy and not very technically credible.
