I had an extremely easy, recruiter-style interview focused more on expectations than technical depth, and I didn’t hear back afterward.

Easy technical-light conversation — I talked about my personal experience with the technology I’d worked with. They were sincere about the opportunity and explained that, because I had limited experience, I would likely be placed at a client site rather than working from the PrimeIt office. Outcome: I didn’t get contacted after the interview; the takeaway was that early-stage conversations centered on placement expectations for junior profiles.
