I interviewed for Software Engineer and had an average, friendly conversation focused on my skills and alignment with the role, plus an overview of the company’s work.

HR / recruiter conversation — I had a calm, well-explained discussion where the interviewer asked about my skills and whether they matched the job description.
Process and tools overview — We talked about how the process works and what tasks/activities the company uses. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the chat was positive and informative, but it didn’t result in a final decision.
