I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an overall average difficulty, and the process felt quick and pleasant.

HR interview — I talked about my prior professional experience and highlighted specific TI-related projects.
Technical Q&A within HR format — I was asked technical questions spanning programming languages, operating systems, and databases, alongside behavioral questions about adapting to challenges, handling tight deadlines, and resolving complex problems. Outcome: No offer mentioned, but the takeaway was that the interview blended role-relevant technical topics into an overall friendly HR-led conversation.
