I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Prime IT with an overall average difficulty—enough to progress, but the process stalled right after.

Recruiter/initial conversation — The interviewer was okay, focusing on getting me to the next step.
Technical assessment — Presented as relatively simple; I moved forward after completing it.
Post-assessment follow-up — Communication dropped off and I wasn’t contacted further. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway is that progressing was possible, but lack of follow-through made the experience feel unfinished.
