I interviewed via Skype and then met the customer after, with the process feeling very easy because the questions were straightforward and focused on my past work.

Skype interview: employer + customer split — I was first interviewed by the employer, focusing on personal questions about my prior job/projects.
Customer interview (follow-up) — The customer portion leaned technical, still centered on my previous job and the projects I’d worked on.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that the process was conversational and anchored in my experience rather than tough coding.
