I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Prime IT with an average level of difficulty and a fairly classic structure: HR, then a written test, then discussion.

HR meeting — Typical questions about my background.
Technical written test — A written assessment followed the HR chat.
Post-test discussion — I talked through the results and discussed an available project, including which technologies I would work with. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway is that the process was structured and transparent up to the test and project alignment.
