My interview felt average: it started with a tour and a motivational framing, then moved into a Java fundamentals check that I partially struggled with.

Office visit + goal-oriented conversation — I toured the office and answered questions about my goals and objectives, with a strong emphasis on alignment and “being happy” in the role.
OOP fundamentals question + timed quiz — I was asked for the four principles of object-oriented programming; I didn’t know, so I was given a multiple-choice Java quiz and left to complete it for about half an hour.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that you should be ready for core OOP theory and quick timed checks.
