I thought the process was pretty professional, and it genuinely felt like they were interested in my responses.

The team that interviewed me came across as kind, and the conversation didn’t feel like a scripted interrogation.

Technically, I didn’t get a full breakdown of each round’s specifics, but the overall impression was that it was a healthy environment where my answers were taken seriously. There wasn’t a sense of chaos or hostility, which made it easier to engage.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even so, I left with the belief that the team culture in the interviews reflected a good work environment, and the process itself felt respectful and thoughtful.
