Pratt & Whitney Systems Engineer interview experience

One interviewer focused on my technical abilities, another was more interested in the position itself, and the third wanted to know more about me personally.

There wasn’t a single uniform script across all three conversations, but the structure was still clear enough that I understood what each person was trying to learn. The technical and role-focused parts made it feel grounded, while the personal one made it more about fit.

I didn’t receive an offer, but I found it difficult mainly because of the varied angles rather than any one question being unfair or unclear.
