The interview journey I went through was mostly about evaluating how my past experience translated into how I’d perform in a customer-facing, operations-heavy sales context.

The conversations centered on SaaS exposure and how I handled difficult moments and challenges. Instead of pushing for theoretical answers, the managers asked me to walk through my own history and explain how I’d contribute based on what I’d already done.

I also experienced a more structured split of round types: technical-style evaluation grounded in past work and domain understanding, followed by an HR interview. In the technical portion, they tested understanding of customer-success operations and even included tasks to check how I thought about day-to-day processes.

Overall it felt
