PowerSchool Group Cloud Engineer interview experience

Instead of getting into any technical questions, the interviewer mostly asked me to introduce myself and then asked whether I had questions for them.

I left feeling like the interview wasn’t actually an interview in the usual sense—more like a formality. That disconnect was hard to shake because I couldn’t understand why a technical round was scheduled if no technical evaluation was happening. I didn’t move forward, and the whole experience ended up feeling genuinely frustrating to me.
