PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview experience

I arrived early at 10:30 am and told the coordinator I didn’t have a physical copy of my CV, then provided my details.

They kept me waiting until 12:30, and then I had to leave without attending. The whole situation felt disorganized, and it was disappointing that my schedule was impacted so heavily.

Since the interview didn’t even happen, I didn’t get an offer. The biggest reflection I had after leaving was that basic scheduling respect matters, and this process failed at that.
