PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview experience

I felt like they made people sit for about half a day, and there was a constant promise that they’d get back to you.

The frustrating part was the mismatch between the time commitment and the lack of follow-up. They said they’d reply, but I never heard back after that day.

Because I wasn’t contacted again, I didn’t receive an offer. The biggest reflection I had was that the process felt wasteful, with vague communication and little respect for candidates’ time.
