Before I even got into the interviewing stage, I had to take the CCAT test within a set time window.

It was involved, and I felt like I had to study the specific format just to have a shot at passing.

What made it frustrating was that the passing score was never shared, and I didn’t know the results afterward. On top of that uncertainty, it felt like the test didn’t actually help me connect my experience to the role. The whole thing left me feeling like it was a waste of time, especially given how much I had to invest upfront just to reach the next step.
