Kansas City, MOPosted Apr 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a thorough, well-run process with clear communication about what to expect.

It started with a recruiter conversation, then I met my potential direct manager, and after that I spoke with the VP of mid-market sales.

What stood out was how much emphasis there was on doing the “full loop” work before anything really moved forward—there was a very thorough background and reference check after the interviews. The overall flow matched the job pretty accurately, and that made the time feel purposeful rather than vague. It did require being organized and ready to go, and I remember thinking that the people managing it seemed to genuinely expect a high level of follow-through.
