PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a group discussion, then took an assessment that covered UCAT-style components and a grammar test. Next was a technical interview, followed by a manager round.

For me, the rounds felt pretty easy overall, especially because I’m more of a tech-focused person. The panelists were friendly and cooperative, which made the whole process feel more comfortable than stressful. That supportive tone was the standout part of the experience.
