I went through an aptitude test at the beginning, and it felt mandatory no matter what my experience level was.

Only after clearing that aptitude gate did I get to the technical interview.

Once I reached the technical part, the questions covered a fairly average range of topics like SQL and PLSQL as well as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery. I appreciated that the scope was clear, but the big surprise was how much the early aptitude step could control whether you ever even got to interview.

I ended up not getting an offer. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t the later topics—it was realizing the process could stop completely based on the aptitude filter.
