PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview experience

Based on the results, I got a short phone interview—no more than about 20 minutes. At the end of that call, I was asked to do a Skype retake of the cognitive assessment to prove it was me and that I hadn’t used a calculator.

Then I moved into a technical interview that was scheduled to last about two hours. The pace of it felt more structured than many processes I’d seen, and I ended up getting an offer within a few business days. Compared to how intense some hiring loops can feel, this one mostly moved quickly and predictably from assessments to a final technical discussion.
