My process had four rounds overall, and it included an intelligence plus personality test.

I dealt with very nice interviewers throughout, and the conversations were tied directly to SDR responsibilities.

One of the more concrete parts was a mock cold call about a solution, which made the role expectations feel real rather than abstract. I also noticed the turnaround time could be a bit short around the offer stage, so the end felt faster than the earlier rounds. The whole thing stayed respectful and fair, and I left with a clearer sense of what they wanted to see in daily execution.
