PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview experience

They ran an aptitude round meant for people with several years of experience, and the whole thing didn’t make sense to me.

I spent the entire day on what turned out to be just the first aptitude part. I arrived around 10 AM, waited roughly three hours to start, and after finishing around 1 PM they took until about 3 PM to share results. It felt careless—people went to lunch and no one seemed to care that candidates were sitting around.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest takeaway was how disorganized and disrespectful it felt in terms of time and follow-through.
