The process began with a phone screening, and then I took an IQ test that I passed.

After that, I had a phone call with the regional VP of sales, followed by another call with the VP of sales.

The later stages moved into more direct interaction: I met in person with the VP of sales and also with a vendor partner. Overall, it felt more demanding than a typical sales interview, because it kept stepping up the seniority and then added that in-person meeting. I remember the difficulty more than anything—it felt like a serious process with multiple checkpoints.
