PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview experience

I participated in a technical one-on-one where I wrote an accurate program and answered everything with about 95% correctness, so I left that meeting feeling confident.

But after that, there was still no update for a month. The uncertainty led me to the conclusion that the interview activity might have been stretched out through the consultancy relationship rather than moving toward a real decision. The biggest impact for me was the long silence despite strong performance.
