PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview experience

It started with an IQ-style test that included math problems I hadn’t really had to think about since high school, then I had a personality test. After that, I went through multiple interviews that felt unnecessarily hostile and adversarial in tone rather than constructive.

Overall the interviews didn’t feel aligned with a normal back-and-forth technical conversation. I finished everything, but I didn’t see a positive direction from it, and the vibe stayed negative throughout.
