Point72 Software Engineer interview experience

But the process itself was long and repetitive: I did at least three interviews, each lasting an hour or more, and I noticed that some of the same questions showed up across rounds.

It also felt like expectations were extremely high for what was described as a mid-level position. I didn’t get an offer, and while the professionalism was there, the combination of the drawn-out schedule, the reused questions, and the sense that I was being held to an unusually high bar for the role definition stood out the most.
