I interviewed for a Point72 analyst opportunity where the recruiter chat came after a case study and questionnaire, and the process felt average but well-managed.

Questionnaire + case study before recruiter — Before the interview, I had to complete a questionnaire about why I wanted to participate and a startup-style case that required building my own financial model.
Recruiter screen (30 minutes) — I then had a 30-minute online interview with the recruiter.
Interview atmosphere — There were many candidates, and the recruiter seemed tired, but I still felt it was an overall positive experience. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that even if the recruiter is rushed, preparation on the case/model still matters.
