I had a first-round call with a member of the technical staff, and that was the only substantive interaction I had.

I didn’t really speak to a recruiter beyond scheduling, so I went into the process without much context on what else might come after.

The call itself led to a rejection, so I never got the chance to see how the rest of the pipeline would’ve worked or what format might have followed. Because it ended so early, there wasn’t much time for the process to feel complete.

Looking back, the main thing I remember is the lack of clarity—there wasn’t a visible progression for me, and the experience stopped right after that technical staff call.
