After I sent my resume, I got coding challenges by email the very next day.

The recruiter who reached out afterward was nice and helpful, and that part of the experience felt supportive.

I wasn’t able to find a bug in my coding solution, and I got the feeling my approach wasn’t especially efficient. Despite that, I was surprised by how quickly it ended: I received a rejection email the next day after the challenge.

The questions included two related to tree traversal, six math-and-logic questions, and one actual coding question. The speed of the process made it feel a lot more cut-and-dry than reflective.
