I followed a clear sequence of rounds: first a recruiter HR interview, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a technical interview with multiple team members on a call.

After they gathered feedback from the technical team, a decision was made.

The process felt deliberate and organized, with each round building on the previous one. Even though I didn’t know exactly how quickly the feedback would turn, the structure was consistent.

I didn’t receive an offer at the end. My main reflection was that while the format was well-defined, the final decision still didn’t go in my favor.
