PNC Financial Services Group Software Engineer interview experience

I actually had a lot of fun during the conversations, and it didn’t feel like I was being interrogated—more like a genuine discussion about how I think and how I work.

What mattered to me was understanding the role of technology in banking, because that theme came through clearly during the process. At the end, I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself felt enjoyable and not hostile.

The main reflection I’m left with is that the process felt positive and engaging even though the result didn’t go my way.
