I went through a fairly complete, classic interview path.

It started with a phone screening with HR, where we covered basic details, background, behavior, and project experience. Then I moved into technical interviews with multiple rounds that included coding, a coding design round, and an HR discussion at the end.

The process felt structured rather than random, with each stage building toward the technical assessment.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even so, the experience felt organized and fair in how the questions were sequenced and how the roles of HR versus technical teams were clear.
