My interview itself was a great experience.

My interviewer was very professional, and we had a smooth conversation the whole time, with the questions leaning mostly behavioral.

After the interviews, though, the recruiter side disappointed me. I was given an offer, and then I was ghosted for weeks, which made everything feel unprofessional and left me stuck waiting.

In the end, I didn’t feel good about how it concluded. The interview conversation went well, but the follow-up process created the lasting negative impression for me.
