MelbournePosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for a role that ended up being average in difficulty, but the process dragged for nearly six weeks and then closed without much communication.

Skills assessment + multiple interviews — I completed a set of interviews and a skills assessment quiz.
Process outcome — after a long stretch (with recruiter time off in the middle), the job was closed unexpectedly and I was automatically placed into an associate role. Outcome: I was told my skills weren’t strong enough for the associate track, and the overall experience felt opaque after the lengthy wait.
