In March 2025, my process was simple in structure but felt unsettling because the HR contact changed during the loop.

HR intro call — an introductory step kicked things off.
Two technical rounds — I cleared both technical stages.
Final hiring manager round (~45 min) — the hiring manager mainly asked me to introduce myself and then questioned why I switched from previous companies; the conversation felt dull and light on substantive questioning.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that mid-process staffing disruption made the experience worse even when scheduling continued.
